Well okay, bad explanation. It's when you dip meat ( usually beef ) into a pot of boiling water and then dip the cooked meat into sauce and eat it. DeLiCiOuS~

Best dish : Only one.. the LARGE 15 pieces beef
WARNING : SUper Long waiting line! 1-2 hours.. if you're lucky 30 mins
2. Quick Shabu2 at East..
Price range : $ 13-17 per person
Best dish: prime rib beef, fried fish cake. ASK for ALL the sauce for shabu2
